The application of air compressor in material transportation is mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1.Pneumatic conveying systems: Air compressors play a central role in pneumatic conveying systems, transferring bulk materials from one location to another through compressed air. Pneumatic conveying systems can be either positive pressure conveying (pressure conveying) or negative pressure conveying (vacuum conveying).

Therefore, the air compressor needs to meet certain purification requirements, such as separating moisture, removing grease, filtering solid particles, etc.

5.Air pressure and flow requirements: Air compressors need to meet the high pressure and flow requirements of pneumatic conveying. The specific values of pressure and flow will vary according to the characteristics of the conveyed material, the conveying distance, the conveying height, the diameter of the conveying pipe, and other factors.

6.High efficiency and low energy consumption: Pneumatic conveying requires multiple processes such as compression, acceleration and conveying of materials, so air compressors need to have the characteristics of high efficiency and low energy consumption. Energy-efficient compressors should be selected to reduce overall operating costs.

7.Intelligent control requirements: The control requirements of air compressors for pneumatic conveying are complex, so it is necessary to choose an air compressor with intelligent control functions. The air compressor should automatically control and adjust the pressure in the conveyor pipe to ensure normal and stable material transportation.
