1.Adjust the hot gas bypass: Icing problems can be mitigated by fine-tuning the hot gas bypass. The adjustment should not be too fast, generally after half a turn of adjustment, it should be paused, observe the operation of the system and the frost state, and make further adjustments as needed. Once the system is stable and the frost is gone, tighten the end caps.


2.Drain the ice: If the inside of the trachea is frozen, remove the trachea to remove the ice inside.


3.Heating treatment: Raise the temperature of the iced air tube to cause the ice to melt.

1.Maintain the temperature of the machine room: By increasing the temperature of the machine room, the air compressor and its components can be effectively prevented from freezing.


2.Increase the frequency of drainage: Especially in the cold winter months, increase the frequency of draining to avoid moisture staying in the system for a long time.
